- To ensure fast and safe delivery of your order, BuyStools has their suppliers ship directly to you. If in stock, your order will normally be shipped within 2 business days. We will contact you if the product you ordered is out of stock or if we expect any delays.
- Shipping is charged at $12.50 per item.
- Privacy & Security
- BuyStools takes your privacy and security very seriously. We only collect your personal information so that we may process and fulfil your order. In most cases we will have our suppliers deliver your order directly from their wharehouse to you, so your address will need to be disclosed. Your information is never shared for any other purpose.
- When paying by credit card your card details are not recorded or held by BuyStools. For a safe and secure transaction, we choose PayPal to securely process your credit card payment for us.
- Returns & Replacements
- If upon delivery you find that your order is faulty, please contact us immedietly so we can arrange a replacement. Please choose your order carefully as we do not allow returns for change of mind. If you have a query in relation to a return or replacement please contact us.
- Ordering
- To place an order with BuyStools you must complete your purchase through the checkout on our website. If you need assistance with placing your order, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help. Processing of your order will not take place until payment has been cleared. If the products you have ordered are in stock they will normally be shipped within 2 business days.
- If your order is for commercial use and require a large quantity, please contact us with your ABN and we will provide you with a competitive quote.
- BuyStools can cancel your order at any time for any reason, and will provide you with a full refund if this is the case.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- To offer flexibility to our customers, payment can be made in the following ways:
- Credit Card - Fast and secure, credit card is the most common payment method. BuyStools uses PayPal to process credit card payments to ensure maximum security with your card details.
- PayPal - Similar to credit card, PayPal payments are instant and secure. PayPal payments should be made to billing@buystools.com.au.
- Cheque/Money Order - Please allow for 3-4 days from the day BuyStools receives your cheque for your payment to be cleared. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
- Direct Deposit/Electronic Transfer - Please allow up to 48 hours for payment to clear into our account. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
Our goal for our Pricing is to be as competitive as we can, without sacrificing quality service. If you happen to find a cheaper price on our products please contact us and we will do our best to give you the best deal.
BuyStools runs promotions and sales from time to time. To be notified of our promotions please sign up to our newsletter by either creating an account and selecting the newsletter box, or by logging into your existing account and accessing your 'Account Dashboard'.
